We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
*Responsibilities*
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
*Qualifications*
- knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with retail math concepts
- Experience in stock management is advantageous
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
