Assistant – Music Marketing Company (Full-Time)
We are a growing music marketing company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented full-time Assistant to support our finance and social media operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and track invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Maintain organized financial records
- Assist with social media posting, scheduling, and basic content support
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Interest in music, entertainment, or marketing is a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
