Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Singer/Songwriter to collaborate on music projects designed for film, TV, commercials, and other sync opportunities. This is a royalty-based opportunity (no upfront fee) where you will earn from the placements and usage of the music we create together.
Responsibilities
- Write and perform original songs or toplines tailored for sync (across genres such as pop, R&B, hip-hop, indie, electronic, etc.).
- Collaborate with producers and composers to create tracks that fit the needs of specific sync briefs.
- Deliver professional-quality vocals (remote recording acceptable if you have a home setup).
- Adapt songwriting style to various moods (uplifting, cinematic, emotional, dark, playful, etc.) commonly used in sync licensing.
- Maintain strong communication and meet deadlines for project submissions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a singer/songwriter (demo reel, portfolio, or released music required).
- Strong vocal performance and lyrical ability across multiple genres.
- Understanding of sync-friendly songwriting (clear themes, emotional hooks, easy-to-clear lyrics).
- Ability to collaborate remotely with producers, musicians, and licensing teams.
- Access to a home recording setup is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Paid through royalties and licensing revenue from placements.
- Percentage splits will be agreed upon per project.
