DJ Rob Piccirillo, an electronic music producer, creative artist, performer, and DJ, is seeking a highly skilled DJ Manager to join his team. We need someone with top-tier negotiation and sales expertise in the electronic dance music industry to craft creative deals, manage complex bookings, and explore collaborative opportunities. This role is centered around DJ Rob Piccirillo’s brand, with future potential to expand into multiple segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new business across entertainment, festival, and hospitality sectors.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of revenue streams (bookings and partnerships).
- Respond promptly to leads via digital communication and calls.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling materials.
- Keep organized records of communications and deals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional communication, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proven record of negotiating deals in the EDM scene.
- Systems-oriented, with a structured approach to managing a pipeline.
- Passionate about electronic dance music and artist growth.
Compensation:
Commission-only, based on a percentage of bookings/deals you secure (industry standard: 10–20%). We’ll set the exact percentage upon engagement. As success grows, we may evolve the compensation structure.
